In this project we use Tableau to create a dashboard that providing an insight of Airbnb property listings from 2016 in Seattle, USA.
It is a guided project by Alex Freberg, who has also provided the dataset to be used.

We use Excel to prepare and clean the data before designing the visual report.
The data reveals that a majority of Airbnb properties in Seattle have between 1 to 3 bedrooms. The data also indicates slightly high revenue during May – June and November – December 2016.
